Service Overview

Drop your parcel off at any one of 6,000 DPD stores when you send parcels with DPD Pickup.

This service features delivery to the recipients home/business address.

Please note: DPD are unable to carry batteries on their services. This includes items containing batteries such as laptops, tablets, mobile phones, etc. If your items contains batteries you'll need to remove these prior to sending otherwise your item could be at risk of a return. Your parcel will be delivered to the recipient's home/business address.
Your commercial invoice will be sent to DPD at the time of booking. As a result you will only need to apply the label provided to your parcel(s).
Please note - parcels being delivered to Finland, Denmark, Norway or Sweden will be delivered to the recipient’s closest Parcel shop. You will be notified by the courier with regards to the postal office that you will need to collect your parcel from, this will usually be the recipients local postal office.
🌳 DPD cannot currently deliver into European Amazon locations. Items sent to these addresses will be returned.

Parcels sent to Austria and Italy Businesses address's require an EORI number even if the recipient is a private individual. If this cannot be provided please send to a residential address instead.
